Developer: Young Horses Price: 14.99 PS TV support: Yes Players- 1 to 2 players
If you want a goofy simulator on vita THIS is it from Young Horse and Sickhead Games. You are an octopus or better yet, an Octodad married to a woman who is on everything to not notice you are an octopus. Controls are not simple but that is what makes this game funny. You control the dad by different means with one part being the arms and other part the legs. If this was drunk simulator it would have been nailed.
Levels are a mix between long and short and contains objectives on each level and can be completed in any order. You will have a last objective after completing them which is sort of a "boss" fight in means of running away mostly. Voice acting is pretty good and the sounds are what you expect really. Going to the store you hear people on the com talking or hear things you normaly would.
You do have 2 extra missions not related to the main game and wish more was there or a level editor like the steam version has but with tie collecting there is alot of content. Now the vita version looks great and there is no slow down in the game but there is some loading. Loading can take up to a minute if not slightly more but once it starts, loading is not as long as the start up is. Co op is in the vita version as using the same vita though I haven't tried it yet but I am it is fun as it is on PC.
If you want a goofy but very fun game then get Octodad. It has a good bunch of content and for even more fun play with a friend.
Score 9.0 Out Of 10
Pros: Fun gameplay Co Op on same device Graphics look really good
Cons: Sometimes the camera is not your friend
